There is nothing to worry about with Trump and Republicans in charge
-- The State Department is now not even issuing renewing passports to transgender people.
--The National Park Service (NPS), a bureau of the U.S. Department of the Interior changed the information about Stonewall on their website. They erased four of the leaders of the riots who were transwomen and changed the phrase LGBTQ rights to LGB rights.
-- As of February 7, 2025, transgender individuals were banned from enlisting and having publicly funded gender-affirming surgeries in the U.S. military.
-- The leader of the house has made it a rule to not allowed Rep Sarah McBride, the first transgender member of congress, of Delaware to use the women's room and another which people refer to her as Mr McBride. The Republican Reps voted for this and followed along. In interviews, they call her a man.
I am sick of people saying what is happening is not the Republican Party but Trump. They willingly go along with him. Liz Chaney who they make out to be Trump’s mortal enemy voted with him 93% of the time. Trump wants to put her and the rest of the reps who sat on the Jan 6th commission in prison and I do not hear anyone from the Republican leadership calling him out on it.
They run on wedge issues and try to hold people down. The Republican Party runs on hate, fear, and dividing people. There was no Republican officials outside of Ohio who called out Trump and Vance on their lies about Haitian immigrants eating cats and dogs.
I had to rant about this because in real life and on here I hear too many people try to defend what is going on. The elected officials say that the Civil War was about States' Rights and I do not hear the voters call them out on it. Most of the letter of succession written by the traitor states state that the main reason was to preserve slavery. If the voters did they would not say it anymore. The elected officials vote for policies that make abortions legal and state it is about the life of the embryo, yet they do nothing about IVF. The unused embryos in those procedures are thrown away, their chance at life is aborted. Also, they would laugh and reply the adult if you ask them what is more important to save a vial carrying 2 embryos or an adult. If they truly believe that life started at conception I do not see how they could seriously answer the adult.

Fetus Preservation
On your last point, at least one state passed a law saying that a fetus must be saved even if it means the mother dies. Don't be so sure they wouldn't choose the two embryos over the adult in your hypothetical.
You're right, though, that Trump can't directly be blamed for that.

Your point about the law that was passed is exactly why I said an adult and not a pregnant woman. The men who passed that law do not see most women as people, they see them as birthing machines. Those men also have a higher regard for men in general but do not see most men as their equals. The women who voted yes either think that it will not happen to them, they have the resources to leave the state, or do what happened in the past pre-Roe vs Wade go to the hospital to get an "appendectomy". They also think the masses are below them.
Before anyone complains note that I am talking about the people who voted for that law, not the voters.
