Major spendy time for me right now.

a) Stucco work for outside my house.
b) Cement cladding around the stairs coming out of the basement.
c) Privacy fence needs a ton of maintenance and I mean a ton.
d) Residual roof damage from winter storm on garage
e) Replace decorative shutters around windows.
f) Possibly some electrical fixes.
g) Need a small retainer wall around raised soil bed around front of the house.
h) New crown for tooth implant.
i) Annual life insurance payment.

and etc.

So, no other support possible beyond what is being sent.

Ugh.
