but its used to describe behavior of a child not an adult .the musician that called her had this to say .The musician told the BBC a "brat" is someone genuine and self-possessed, with a rebellious streak. She “feels like herself but maybe also has a breakdown. But kind of, like, parties through it. Is very honest, very blunt. A little bit volatile. Like, does dumb things. But it’s brat. You’re brat. That’s brat.”
Informal English Word
"Brat" is a rather informal English word, probably recognized by everyone, usually describing a child. One of my stories is SRU: Reforming the Brat. Caution, it's a horror story, begun in a bad mood.
