The most noticeable for me is the fact that clicking on a link used to change the color of the line from an orchid to black (at least on my computer). It made it easy, when scrolling through the teasers to tell when you got down to a story you'd already considered or read and could stop.
It's a very small thing, but I miss it. I'm pretty sure that it's not on my end because Fictionmania's site still does that.
Another is that some page's formatting have changed. Most noticeable is the "My Stories page." What used to be out in a single line is now stretched vertically to allow for some verbiage in the narrow Kudos column. Again, a small thing. The only reason it matters is that when scrolling down to find a particular story, take a good deal more effort.
These are nitpicking things and I understand that there are probably some more important things behind the scenes that may need attention. So if these are on the bottom of the priority list of things to do, I can deal with it.

another
for me is the loss of the word count at the bottom (or top) of story postings, not the end of the world but i find it very useful.

Logged in or not logged in?
If I log in I can go to other pages (eg My Stories) or pages like this one. If I return to the homepage, I am prompted to login again. But... if I read a story, suddenly, I'm logged in again. It is annoying.
The CSS relating to the taxonomy still needs sorting as does the CSS on comments but these are minor things.

Same!
Experiencing the same issues. It's not super-important, but if we're having a thread about it... that's what I see, too. Also, https://bigclosetr.us/ takes me to a test page ("This page is used to test the proper operation of the Apache HTTP server after it has been installed. If you can read this page it means that this site is working properly. This server is powered by CentOS."). I have to go to https://bigclosetr.us/topshelf/ - some folks might have assumed BC was no more.

Same Same
Same experience as others.
I've learnt to live with the minor imperfections.
It took me a couple of weeks to realise that BCTS was up again since I used to access via bigclosetr.us and not directly to the home page (I use firefox). This could mean that we lose some people trying to access BCTS for the first time.
Coding, line by line
I know just enough about Coding to know it is not for me.
Still have the Black line on my screen that comes and goes. I wonder if it is greatly miniaturized lines of Code?

Like Maddy Bell
I also miss the word counts. OK, it's no biggy.
Website changing
It's weird. Today I logged on to see if there were any new stories for me to read. I checked 'My Stories' and when I went back to the home page I was shown as logged out.
I shut down and did things in the real world. Clicking on the website this afternoon I'm shown as still logged on.
Not complaining, just observing.
Context (login etc) is not being preserved
when you return to the home page. It gets a bit frustrating not knowing if you are logged in or not all the time.
One of these days, this and the other issues will get fixed. Until then, we just have to grin, bear it and send some $$$ to the team.
