... back in the mid-seventies, I think. Don/Dawn somebody. That's all I remember but it seems to me that only a few people on campus knew Don/Dawn was a boy.

My Uni elected...
A German Shephard president of the student body... Rinky was WELL KNOWN on campus. Better known than any of the humans running. Sadly, our administration was not as open as GMU's. Or, maybe it's that while Rinky was a regular resident of the university (his person was a grad student there), he wasn't matriculated. Maybe that's how they got him to not be able to serve.
Protests by the student body was pretty severe - well, sorta...
