Apparently we need to vote more with our feet with regards to these companies. Don't expect me anytime soon as a customer for one of these and I will ask my environment to do the same.

Nasty two faced companies
The only one of those that operate in the UK is Amazon. I already avoid them unless there really is no alternative.
This is just another reason to avoid "Baldy Inc' from now on.

Please explain
What "Baldy, Inc." means.
"Life is not measured by the breaths you take, but by the moments that take your breath away.”
George Carlin
Baldy Inc
Is a reference to Mr Bezos who is the face of Amazon and is bald.
You learn somethin every day
I always thought Baldy, Inc. was the nickname of LEXCORP,
which is owned by Lex Luthor & almost as evil as Amazon...

"Disney needs to stay out of politics!"
said Florida's Governor DeSantis when they came out against the state's anti-LGBT legislation. It's funny though, he wasn't telling them to stay out of politics when they contributed $100,000 to his campaign fund.
His feud with them since has nothing to do with any of his stated reasons (like his fake concerns over his state's children being magically turned gay or trans by evil LGBT-affirming indoctrination; He doesn't care if those kid fly, fart or die; but it helps rile up the yokels so they'll vote for him...) and has EVERYTHING to do with how their contributions to him have now stopped.
These companies aren't donating to people like him because they're anti-gay and trans.
They're supporting them because they give them sweet tax breaks tp come create jobs
in their state. If I was the CEO of some billion dollar company I probably would too...
But I'm not, and if they're supporting demagogues that are scapegoating and trying to curtail the rights of people like me they can cram their Pride Month merch + fake allyship where the sun don't shine.
And here's an excellent recent Youtube piece on this same topic by my gal the Illuminaughti:

Not necessarily how it works
Note political responses to corporate support for LGBT+ issues.
While it may look like the corporations are willingly supporting the politicians, in can be and often is that the politicians are extorting the corporations and other large donors.

= Give everyone the benefit of the doubt because certainty is a fragile thing that can be shattered by one overlooked fact.
Both Sides
Companies of any size almost always donate to both political parties, it's just good business for them. A large portion of the time it has ZERO to do with policy and 100% to do with being in with whichever side gets elected. I like to find companies that only fund liberals and support them whenever possible as they are the ones that actually care and I avoid the ones that only support conservatives if at all possible.
