Fashion is a changing target

I'm guessing you are asking for F fashion?
All the bright colors, orange, red, green purple, etc. are exclusive beach, party, stand out colors and it take a young bold woman to pull them off and make them acceptable.
Club and Lounge have a cross over fashion. When you think of Club are you dressing to impress for business rather than social? Matching pants jacket or skirt jacket in the softer tones, brown, grey, black, mostly earth tones.
Lounge you dress to impress the same sex and the opposite sex. Black, or gold, or red, or... satin jump suit, cocktail dress with enough tease to make sure they notice but not so much they keep guessing.
Business requires the power suits, blacks, greys, may have almost imperceptible strips of black or pink if you're strong enough to carry it off with, I'm a woman, you can deal with me but don't try and screw me over or I'll burn you. Always a white silk blouse with no ruffles or fills. Professional business woman.
Business casual, one may wear a pants suit or a dress. Blacks, greys or the softer earth tones. Nothing splashy as you're there there to feel out the pulse of the company and make notes of the scuttlebutt not normally discussed in the office.
Take notes, watch what the other girls do, don't get too outdated in fashion. For women, it changes yearly. It's evil fashion magazines and designers way of making women buy new clothes every year.

Assuming you want to dress as a woman?

In my opinion, it is extremely difficult for a genetic male to be credible as a female. Male's hips are all wrong and too narrow. The female pelvis is lower and wider, the knees looser and so on. As to your question, I am at a loss.

Everything Is Relative

When I look in the mirror I see a pleasant woman.

I don't care about my hips being all wrong or too narrow. I'm not concerned about the location of my pelvis or my knees.

I'm credible to me.

To the average person on the street, I would look "wrong." So I don't go on the street.

I understand what you mean . . . but there are many, many trans women who are much more feminine than the vast majority of cis women.

Depends on where you are

Each area/country/town/city…etc. has their own accepted casual/dressy/ business.

In general terms clubbing outfits are easy to dance in, look sexy, and are not too complicated to get out of at end of night.

Business casual is usually slacks or acceptable jeans, top or shirt though summer dresses/ skirts are fine as well.

Business formal is suits, skirt suits, professional tailored dresses. Business formal banquet wear is evening dresses, not cocktail or ball gowns.

Formal is wedding stuff, ballgowns etc. bridesmaid/prom is acceptable in some instances.

LBD little black dresses do not usually fall into any of these categories. Usually it’s date wear.

Fashion?

Trying to create for yourself a new fashion statement? Here’s - my - advice.

#1 find someone in your social circle whose style you admire and whose advice you can trust.

#2 Cultivate a close friendship with said person and invite this person to shop with you.

#3 Listen to this person’s comments and advice about what looks good on YOU and what is appropriate in various situations, until you develope you own style. (Try to not be offended be honest commentary, even if you disagree. Here is where the TRUST in someone else looking at you as you change your style is VITAL.)

A couple more tips

I’ll offer a couple more suggestions.
Hips are a problem for most genetic males, at least until you’ve been on hormones for a while. So you should avoid clothes that really emphasize them like skinny jeans or a pencil skirt. You can wear a padded panty, but the ones I’ve found so far just add a little bit extra.
The belly can be almost as big an issue. Mine is currently 44 inches, which encourages me to lose more weight this summer. You can somewhat take advantage of this by wearing looser fitting skirts like an A-line or tiered skirt or dress. the ones with elastic waists are especially easy to fit at the Empire height above the waist. That helps cover both the extra waist and the lesser butt.

Also, I suggest looking for YouTube videos, specifically the ones about capsule wardrobes and suggested looks for the season like Summer Looks. A capsule wardrobe gives you a deliberately limited set of items that can be mixed and matched to look more upscale or casual. The outfit looks will give you some more ideas about styles and combinations that might work for you.
