Lots of huggles to give! Keep in mind that they breed like tribbles, so you have to give them away quickly!
Otherwise you'll be buried by them.

Lot of that going around after covid. It has a left over bite even if one never tested positive and if they did they "think" they got over it. There are other reasons for feeling rough such as all the smoke and dust in the air we are breathing now.
Let's talk about the basics. Probiotics, zinc-magnesium tablets, Women's Once a day vitamins, and check your iron if possible. Males don't normally tap out their iron but... When they tested mine it was so low they considered putting me in the hospital. They called me back for three tests not believing the first two. All your symptoms describe covid residual. Even if you never tested positive for it and your natural immunity fought it off, you were around those who had it.
No one knows more about your body and what it needs than you. Eat a decent meal once a day if possible. Take a vitamin if possible once a day. Our processed foods have almost no nutrition. Get plenty of rest if possible to let your body rebuild its reserves.

I've got so many hugs that cannot be delivered ...

... that I've released them "into the ether". Grab all you need.

Other basics: get enough vitamin B12. This is for everybody. See more on vitamins at https://www.theveganrd.com/.

Just because COVID is our current 'Death Star' does not mean that all our other diseases have gone away. Could be just about anything, including 'regular' flu or a bad cold.

Best way to survive COVID, and nearly everything else, is to stop eating anything from an animal: flesh, dairy, eggs. Excellent >free< guidance here: https://www.pcrm.org/vegankickstart, and all of https://www.pcrm.org/.

Good luck, grab lots of hug(gle)s, get well soonest.

I can sympathize

I myself am just coming off a four-day illness, so I can very much feel where you're coming from.

Take things as easy as you can and rest up and eat well. This might be just me, but, I found drinking just straight hot water to be helpful. It won't cure you outright of course but the hot water will absorb into your body easier and warm the body as well in the right way.

I hope

Hugs & Huggles...

Get well soon.
It might be too early for the covid test to send you a positive. When I got it, my first test was negative, but the one next day was positive.
