Schooled is the story of George, a teacher who spends much of his free time as Jessica, the woman he wishes he could have been. George inadvertently ‘outs’ himself to his head teacher, the fierce Ms Victoria Stanton, but her reaction surprises him: she wants to meet Jessica, and gives every indication that she likes her.
A relationship develops, but Ms Stanton has demons of her own. As it all gets complicated and arguments begin, George finds himself wondering if he should break up with Victoria in order to protect the fragile Jessica, but that’s not an easy thing to do when it could cost him his job. There’s also the tricky matter of still being in love.

If there's a better writer than Bryony Marsh in the TG genre, I've yet to discover them. You are a phenomenal talent, Bryony, and I don't issue such an accolade lightly.

Well, obviously not literally - even I'm not capable of reading a novel and writing a post simultaneously - but I'm about 1/3 of the way through and so far so good, or, more accurately, so far so excellent. I have Kindle unlimited so it was a free download but I'd probably have bought it had that not been an option so highly do I rate Bryony's work.

A few days ago I read an absolutely awesome story called Egyptology that I found on Kindle Unlimited. I promptly went and grabbed more of your stories, including Schooled. I haven't read your other stories yet but Egyptology was absolutely awesome and I've added it to my list of stories that I like to re-read occasionally.
I posted a 5* review for Egyptology a few days ago. Thank you for writing this story. I'd really love to know what happens next. (I get that feeling a lot when I find a story as awesome as yours.) I'm delighted to see that you are here on BCTS too.
It’s Valentine’s...
I’m pleased to see that some folks have decided to give ‘Schooled’ a try and I hope you’ll enjoy it. Unlike ‘Ground Rush’ which more-or-less wrote itself, this one took a lot of thought before it settled down into a story I wanted to tell. Here we are on Valentine’s day, so... enjoy! (Even though Victoria herself would describe it as “a bit slushy.”)
