A few days ago, Doppler Press published How You Play the Game. It is the twenty-first book I’ve written that has been sold on Amazon.

I donate 100% of the proceeds to BC to support this site. Erin has said it has been quite a bit of money.

Last week, Erin messaged me about three of my books: Miss Recudes, Leight Wilde, and The Ninth Fold.

She asked if I had published them through someone else.

I was surprised because they were donated by me to Erin to publish in Hatbox quite a few years ago. I’ve long told Erin she could publish any of my stories she wanted to generate revenue for the site.

Please support the site by buying my books on Amazon, but please do not buy the three books listed above.

I rewrote all three stories a few months ago. If anyone would like free copies, send me a PM with an email address and I’ll send to you.

It looks like someone is trying to make money off both your work and your name. Whoever it is, they're going through Lulu. If you haven't already you should contact both Lulu and Amazon to see about getting the books taken down and possibly finding out where that money is going if it's not to you or DopplerPress. Legal action would be good or at the very least getting the books in question pulled and halting this person's scam. I hope you can get this dealt with, Jill.

Don't take me too seriously. I'm just kitten around. :3

Literary Theft Common

I had published a story on "Storysite", I think around 2009 or so. I was surprised to find it on pay site with only a few changes not long after. Since then anything I write is for my enjoyment. The only place anything goes is BCTS. Nothing is deemed good enough to steal.
