Hi hi. I'm looking for two stories that would like to read again. I believe both of them are posted on BCTS.

For the first story a kid transitions and goes to a new high school as a girl. She gets involved with the band and/or media department. She creates some songs which she submits to be played on the school radio. Her father is a music producer who has a studio underneath the garage. Eventually many of her friends wind up being invited to the studio where they make and record music. Some of her songs make it onto radio stations.

For the second story the main character works in a bank as an investment officer. He is from England. Some of his co-workers sabotage his work so he winds up going into hiding as a woman. He meets a woman who has no problem with his choice of wardrobe. Eventually he proves that he did not have insider knowledge and that his co-workers had bugged his computer to find out his leads. Since he knew a foreign language and culture (Korean?) he usually worked at night. The co-workers read the documents he had found but because they didn't understand the nuances of the writings they wound up investing incorrectly. Then they framed him for making the bad investments.
