Marcon (which is really Multiple Alternative Reality convention) is an event held in ohio. Around mothers day...or easter... seems even they get confused.
It used to be held in March.

I actually recognized someone from having seen them at other cons. :)
The other surprising thing is the resemblance of their venue to the San Diego Convention Center, not exact but reminiscent for sure.
