So we have moved, at least virtually. We have moved to new equipment in a new data-center. We still have ancillary sites and services to move, and then move all the hardware from our OLD data-center, to the new data-center.

Is it Search?
What content are you trying to access?
Right now we have search turned "off" while we make some changes and upgrades to the search setup.

That system was built using the search-server. So that will be offline till tomorrow most likely. Once it's back online, it could take a few days to re-build the index. But we are working on it.

Find a story
Find a story that has that category and click the category in the header of the story. This will use Drupal to do the search instead of SOLR. SOLR allows exclusionary searches but Drupal does not, which is why we make the SOLR search available. But SOLR was updated in the last few umpums and needs to be reconfigured so is not currently working for us.

Problems
I was binge reading today and everytime I tried to make a comment I got a 'BC in maintenance mode' message. I figured that was what was going on. But triple-checking on the main page failed to turn up any kind of a notification that the site would be down or at least partially down so I wasn't sure.

We really couldn't do that easily
Timing. We had to take a snapshot of the database then immediately turn the site off. Taking time to put up a message would mean the snapshot was not accurate because someone could have posted a story, blog or comment in the interim and we would be out of sync. There's probably a way we could have done it but things were pretty busy. :)

The My Files section says My Stories and doesn't allow posts.
For my own use, I think this would be the best place to put the updated Masks History.

My Files (Attachments)
The "My Files" page was created to fix a specific issue.
Some users use the "Attachment" method available when submitting a story/blog etch instead of using the Drupal IMCE File Browser to upload images and whatnot.
This same field has also been used when people want to provide a PDF, eBook or other FILE version of their story/chapter.
The My Files page was intended to show a user all the files they have uploaded via this method, as they do not show up in your private folder when browsing using the file-browser.
I have updated the page ( https://bigclosetr.us/topshelf/myfiles ) to reflect this. It was never intended to be a place to upload files. I have also fixed the text of the page so it says My Files instead of My Stories. Thank you for reminding me of this issue.
