i have a vague general idea for a good story, I hope its good. but I cant figure out a trigger or beginning for the conflict.
I have this general idea about a young man working in an office ran by a few ambitious women. And hes a new, and a very young employee. hes very intelligent, but he seems to have a serious weakness and a need for the womens approval. What happens here will be very cliche for this website. But I think I have enough ideas to keep it fresh.
The thing is that he is very close to the companys owner and because of that, and his brilliance, the boss is set to make him a CEO, and train him.
that upsets his daughter, and a few others a lot. So they conspire together
but how can they feminize and take control of him, and how can I trigger that for that story.
Can someone help me with this

A CEO?
How about something less ambitious or elevated? Unless it's a corporation or similar, or a big company, the owner himself would probably be the CEO and President. (There might be a single title rather than two.) How about some management-in-training position?
As for provoking the women's attack on him -- one of them may have caught him in a serious indiscretion. Maybe he got drunk at a bar or company party. Maybe one of the women fed him some kind of drug. Maybe someone catches incriminating or illegal videos on his computer, or catches him secretly writing and posting stories under a pseudonym. Perhaps on ASSTR or similar.
Maybe after a drunken night, he wakes up he doesn't know where, and has no idea what he did that night.

Guy is moving up in the company. Provides an idea for a new line of business. Something technology oriented.
Owner decides to invest in the idea and puts our hero in charge of the project.
Other employees who've been there longer are upset he has jumped sideways and past them in the corporate structure.
Maybe through human resources they can implement new rules which affect our new hero.
require company physical. Perhaps the company nurse could be influenced to provide flue shots with a little extra.
Maybe vitamin shots on a regular basis. Force him to do all his own menial work. If our hero works all the time, we could provide him special meals.
As the body changes, he'll need someone to find out his secret and then use it to change clothing and other aspects of his life.
Maybe someone at the company could pretend to start a relationship to be there to influence and guide the changes.
Where you go from there is your own adventure.
How about...
How about starting with Gwen's idea of being in the office to show his closeness to the CEO and being primed to take-over one day and the jealousy that creates among the female employees who feel they are being overlooked. Especially his daughter.
Then switch to Daphne Xu's idea.
It is Friday evening and their is an employees get together night with a night out at a pub (Bar).
As alcohol takes effect on people the women get an idea of how to get revenge on him, led by the daughter they get him drunk as a sunk and he blacks out. They take him to the daughters apartment where they dress him up in a party dress along with high-heels and make-up. They take photos that make it look as if he is awake and enjoying himself. Then they leave him on a bed to sleep it off. Early in the morning he wakes and finds how he is dressed. He changes into his own clothes and sneaks off home.
A couple of days later the women confront him with their photos and blackmail him into wearing female underwear at work, (a soft bra and stockings and a blouse instead of a shirt) and make him dress as a female after work. They intend to turn him into a girl.
But things do not go quite as planed. The daughter begins to find she likes having a sort of sister, and he starts to find he likes being with them...

Maybe they arrange it so he spills a toner cartridge all over his suit, so he has to borrow something to wear, but all they have is women's clothes, and an important customer or client is on the way and he needs to give a presentation, and he doens't have time to go home and get replacement clothes, so they convince him that the best solution is to pretend to be a woman to the client, and afterwards that client will of course want to continue dealing with his female self.

I never liked the forced fem genre. Too much malice. And why should it be a punishment to be feminine or a woman?
Still, I had an related idea that I never got to write that I would like to present. It focuses more on the humor side. You can steal whatever you want from it.
The protagonist is the only guy in a small company. Maybe a law firm or something that mostly does office work. While the boss ( a woman too) is indifferent the other office girls sort of reject him. One of them learns of an app. With it people who like to be feminized and those who like to feminize others can come into contact. For the man it is easy to set up. Set up your preferences and let the app run into the background. If the app detects a dominant person it sends over all the details. The office girls borrow the guys phone, set up the app and hide it as a background application. They decide it might make for a good prank. What they don't know is that the boss has the app and quickly gets alerted that someone close to her is looking to be feminized.
The guy is obvious to it all. But soon he notices that his boss pays more attention to him and starts to have some strange and rather explicit requests for him.
Step One
Write a great story that has all the conflict and character development you can muster.
Step two -- insert the TG element.

I totally disagree...
I totally disagree with that statement.
If TG is the main focus of the story (as it usually is on this site) then it has to be put first.
Bending ones gender - in whatever means - should have ramifications on a persons personality.
Including TG in a story begs to use it as character development.
If you start a story without it and then include TG afterwards the character development as such will probably only be skin deep.
As a realistic outcome can't develop as it has to fit to the existing story.
And if that is the case, why include a TG element? After all it most likely be only a gimmick. Not the main feature.
So yeah, I disagree.
