Very much so i`m afraid, nice bright morning. Bit of frost so I was keeping to busier clear roads and looking out for ice on the road. Next minute i'm accelerating into an unstoppable off on some black ice!

Well to cut a long story short my right wrist took a whack and currently it's very painful to even hit a key on the phone! Which is a double blow as I had intended getting on with Gaby this evening ready to release tomorrow. Not sure what i`ve done, don't. Think it's broken but it's at least a bad sprain so things may be put back a bit.

Well more news tomorrow.

Owie!

'Twas a bit slippy here too this morning. Heal well and soon, I hope it isn't broken, that's not a cycle-friendly injury.

Ouch

Hopefully just a sprain but if it keeps hurting for days be sure to get it checked out, better safe than sorry.

Agreed.

Watch out for a broken scathoid. When this tiny bone is fractured, it can take several days for the symptoms to show. IT is a real PITW... I've done both of mine over the years.

Managed to type a few words this evening, at best I use two fingers right handed, left handed it's one finger and quite slow going.

Add in difficulty eating after tattling my teeth somewhat and it's not been a fun evening. Think I might have escaped any breakage, no heat just hurt!

Get it checked.

I took a fall last year. I didn't think much of it for a few days, other than a little bit painful. Then my forearm went most colours of the rainbow, so I went to the doctor. One x-ray later revealed a fractured radius and ulna. Take care of yourself.

Yes, please.

Yes, please get it checked. Don't try guessing yourself whether it's a fracture or merely a sprang.

Frost

I was working in Sheffield today and yesterday, and it was frostastic this morning as I walked towards the office. Take care, mate.

Sorry to hear

that you were in accident, Maddy. I hope your injury isn't too bad. I know how an injury to a wrist feels. I hope you get better soon.
