Oh, wait, that darn crazy git is me! Ack!

Well, another year has gone by and I'm still kicking and fighting, not fighting in the physical sense so much as fighting the depression that comes up now and then. I'm not dealing with serious depression at the moment, so I'll take that as a bonus.

Anywho, I'm sitting here staring at the computer screen, I'm officially 52 years old and I want to live a damn lot longer!

I hope everyone else is having a good day today; I'll be heading for bed in a while, I'm starting to wind down now.

I’m 57 (at least for another three months anyway), and even though a few years ago I wasn’t sure how much longer I could go on, I plan on being around for a while yet. Hopefully for a lot longer.

I would like to still be reading your posts for quite some time longer.

I wish I was 17 right now. If I were 17, I'd be out there racing all over the place, bouncing around like a maniac on speed.

I'm having "fun" just doing the little bit of walking from living room or bedroom to the bathroom, that's about 20 feet in either case. I have no idea why it's happening, but the pain in the right hip has been rather aggravating for over a week now. I need to have it examined.

I'll be going in to see my new doctor in two weeks, so I'll get her to order x-rays or whatever they might need for my hips at that point.

Hmmm... just realized I'm happy about having a new doctor because this one is female, that's a lot less psychological stress on my end.

Terry, I still have about 15.5 hours before my birthday ends, I'll try to enjoy it as much as I can! *grins*

I'm not sure of my exact time of birth (don't have my initial birth records to check it), so I just went with any time after midnight.

I rolled by 73 a couple of months ago. I didn't retire until I was 70. So let me assure you, there's life after the fifties. Heck I'm told that 60 is the new 40, so you're not even middle aged yet. ;o)
