I don't know how many people have followed my blogs on Big Closet
I have had a breakthrough, first I figured how to sit my self on th edge of the bed by myself, My core muscles have gotten strong enough to hold myself up right, from there I can skoot myself into the wheelchair(no help required) and just as importantly back to bed again. I have hope again, My paralyzed left leg is showing the beginnings of movement. Life ain't perfect, but true hope is something I haven't felt in a long time. I don't feel crippled at the moment. If the house catches on fire I am not trapped any more. Thank you God.

Re: Very happy to hear you are getting some mobility

I'm in complete agreement with Wendy K's comment.

Keep on plugging away, Wendy Jean, and you'll eventually be walking on your own again.

Be careful, though, injuries can be very harmful when one doesn't have full mobility.

See?

Our prayers for you do work. (Have you been praying at a little church in Ingersoll?)

Hope you get a lot better.

It is hard and frustrating to recover from a stroke. I hope that you get better soon. Do you have friends or relatives close?

Two people stepped forward to be my caretakers. One was looking at being homeless I adopted her as a sister and invited her to my home. I think of it as instant Karma. I intend to resume helping other people as soon as I am able.I still have empty bedrooms
