Hi all
So from the top, my apologies, I haven't got the next arc of Gaby finished - stuff got in the way but barring a disaster it will be ready for this coming weekend.
However, Nothing's Simple,the next chapter of book 16 is now up for you to read.
In other News:
- Had a nice meal and afternoon with the mother to be on Sunday - time seems to be flying past and junior will be here before we know it!
- February hereabouts has seen a return to freezing temperatures and the odd bit of snow although on Saturday it rained for 18 hours solid, which kept me indoors!
- The riding is paying off - I think. latest weigh in leaves me still several kg short of my initial target but a full 16kg under where I was last June! I'm managing 4-5 hour rides without too much distress now - even when there's a chunk of climbing involved, average heart rate is dropping which probably means I should start picking up the intensity. Don't want to peak too soon though!

Uh, quickly scans old emails to make sure! Ah, back in October, phew. There's a sort of plan to visit The Netherlands and go on to York from the ferry back!
Yes Ang. there's a lot to like about this couch cycling lark. Snow in the face is a down side though.
