In other news, the final parts of Book 18 should be complete in time for a weekend release of, at the very least the last 10 chapter segment and if I get my act together - maybe even the full 40 chapter book! So prepare your credit cards, dust off your Kindles and be ready for Sunday!

After three weeks of feeling completely urgh, I seem to have turned the corner and, weather permitting, I'm returning to something like a normal riding regime and after treating myself to a Garmin, I'm now also on Strava! (if anyone would like to follow me please PM and i'll send you my user details). Of course getting myself fit again is one thing, doing stuff with that fitness another and so far I've only committed to my annual pilgrimage to east Germany for the 200km Spreewald Radmarathon in April. I may just have to enter some other stuff just for the look of things as I approach the middle years of my 6th decade - lol!
