Hi, all. Long time, no post, I know. The AFC house I'm in now has no internet, so...
I'm currently away from home, in Cincinnati (My AGT audition was today.)
I was contestant # 3203, and arrived on site at 10:30 AM (my scheduled audition time was 1:00 PM, but all that meant was that once I arrived, I was guaranteed an audition.)
There were a staggering number of singers, but I only met 1 other comedian there, so...
My audition could not have been better if I had tried. I had zero nerves (probably because my six-hour bus ride turned into a fifteen-hour disaster, and I arrived in town at 2:45 AM Tuesday, instead of 7:25 PM Monday), and the line just to register was 3 hours.
I finally got to audition for the producers at 7:45 PM, and I must admit, I was "Dead Gurl Walking on the Green Mile" (if you know what I mean.)
I hit the stage and everything just fell into perfect place. The judges were ROFL and had to stop me after time was up, but they later took me aside and told me that it wasn't personal, and they wish I could have continued my set.
I won't find out if I made it to the live judging round (where I'll actually perform before Simon, Heidi, Mel B, and Howie) until late March 2018, so fingers (and toes, eyes, and everything else) crossed.
Bisous à tous!

Cool!
This will be the first time I've talked to somebody that auditioned for America's Got Talent. Good luck. Do keep us up to date.
Sounds good
I hope you make it though to the finals and beyond.
good luck, hon
knock em dead!
Er, but not the judges
At least, not before you win. Otherwise they can't vote you in. Snerk.
Cor!
Break a leg and stuff. Even an audition, especially as it all went well, is something special.

Yeah! Break A Leg
Bestest of wishes, my dear friend.
