Endless distractions

I finally managed to put up What Milsy Did #26 and that means it is time for yet another apology.

It's all Real Life, of course. I won't bore you with everything that has hit me but let me just say that some of it is coming from the generation before and some from the generation after.

In addition the meds I have been on since 2013 are tapering off and it is exposing underlying problems. These are making me real tired and there are lots of things that could occupy what available time I have. Writing, regrettably, is only one of those things.

This means that chapters of WMD are trickling out a lot slower than I would wish. Again, apologies. Sometimes one can read a serial where the chapters are spread over a length of time and it doesn't matter. Other times, it is easy to lose the thread and get put off. I don't post things in order to put people off.

We're just coming to the part where Milsy begins interacting with Garia again and that inevitably means that I need to spend time cross-checking to ensure that the two stories mesh properly. There's still some fun to come in this story, just ask Molleena! As with SEE, I'll probably do brief episodes over the (Anmar) winter before everything gets busy again in the (Anmar) spring, with everyone turning up for the wedding(s).

I have other stories planned! If all this Real Life nonesense hadn't happened you'd probably be reading one of them by now but that's the breaks. I might start letting some of those get going before closing WMD but that might just delay both projects. We'll see.

Thank you all for your patience.

Penny

Edit: I thought I'd best clarify that I wasn't thinking about Real Life when I mentioned future WMD chapters, rather story timeline. I've edited the above to make that clear. It can get confusing when the season you are writing about is the same as you are currently experiencing and I may have given someone the wrong idea.
