Interesting
Interesting how the volunteers treated the gender stereotype in the toy selection. I looked on youtube is it a boy or girl (teens) and I got about 60 % right, It came down to how they where dressed and what your eyes told your mind.
Back in the olden days
It wasn't thought wrong for a girl to be a 'tom boy' and do all sorts of boy things.
But the other way round? shudder. Call the men in white coats to take him away as there is something seriously wrong.
I guess those scars are very long lasting for a lot of us here.
Still a long way to go.

On tonight (17th)
That program is on tonight, BBC2 at 21:00 and of course I'll be watching it.
However, I think that from the trailers that I have seen, it won't be that deep of a look at the subject. Since the children concerned will still be boys and girls at home I'm not sure how much the experiment is going to affect them.
Though there are many who would argue otherwise, it would seem to me that gender preferences are partly formed genetically, partly formed in the womb and mostly reinforced by upbringing. Of course, it didn't work on a minority of us...
