Reality TV feeds on human dignity
"Reality TV" feeds on people's worth and dignity and shits it out for consumption by the lowest strata of the television watching public. Nothing good can ever come of being a participant on one of those shows. Only once did it ever help somebody, but that individual is as corrupt and vile and bloated with hubris as the swine who produce those programs.
What borders on stupidity?
Canada and Mexico.
.
You know
The first thought in my mind when I saw this on Facebook was one thought.
"Survivor is still on the air?"
I have hated most of those reality shows like that.
Yep, the trainwreck is still going...
24 or 34 seasons??? Watched the first two just to see how it worked, those were okay. Then it got nasty and went downhill quickly.
UnReality TV!
Contrived Made Up Reality TV.
Just them Calling this c***, er Junk "Reality" bugs me.
Not that it can't have real consequences for those who participate.
Problems With NY Times
The NY Times website is very ... annoying ... if you don't "sign up" then you can't see their stories after only a few limited views of their site.
Here is a very good interview between Katie Couric and Jeff Probst (Survivor host).
https://www.yahoo.com/katiecouric/survivor-host-jeff-probst-...
I have to say that I agree with Jeff Probst when he says (a couple of times) that Katie has always been very positive and honest in her handling of all of the transgender stories she has done.

Re: Problems With NY Times
Thanks for posting this article, Leona. I've been having the same problem with the NY times site.
Jeff Varner outing Zeke Smith was unwarranted, and will likely make Zeke's life more complicated. I just hope Zeke comes out of it okay.
Private browsing work-around
I think the NYT site only allows 10(?) views per month if you don't register. But you could try getting around that by opening the link in an "incognito" or private browsing window (depends on your browser of choice). That fools most web sites that limit views, votes, etc. by erasing any tracks of your visit in your browser history and cookies, which is how most sites keep track, IIRC.

{I leave a trail of Kudos as I browse the site. Be careful where you step!}
