Don't get the idea that she's the 'good guy' of the Outer Gods, however. She doesn't care about life, all she does is ensures its continuation even if the result is boundless suffering. She's also known for impregnating cultists and sacrifices to her, and even the fluid that she emits in such appearances (her 'Milk') can spontaneously generate life.
