Today:
Falling, falling.... "I am going to DIE!", Falling, floating, floating, soaring! Faster and faster, I was chasing something or something was chasing me. I did not know which! I awoke again with a start, my heart pounding. Dam, It was another one of those crazy dreams.
Thinking Back:
It started almost a month ago, first my mother asked if there was anything special I wanted for my birthday next month, I was going to be thirteen. And then my mother had said "In the olden days thirteen was considered a landmark, the gateway in to adulthood, for our family this is still true". The way she said it was seriously weird. That was night I had the first of my crazy dreams, and then things got really strange.

I am an RPer in games VRs and with some LARP experience too.
I have never really written anything other then a few short poems.
I have RPed out a number of ad-lib stories over the years & in my head.
I have no idea what I am doing and my English typing and spelling sucks. :))
So does anyone think I should run with this? I might make a real mess of it.
Note: This kind of partially based on my VR Fairy RP, my fantasy reality so to speak.

I'm not a writer either Hypatia yet 50 days ago I posted Not a writer but… and I am still here!
No bolt of lightning has struck me down;… no Pythonesque foot has descended from the sky to squish me. 50 days and 60,000 posted words later I am beginning to suspect there is no such thing as a writer, just people like you and I with a keyboard that has an enter key. Come on in the water's lovely.

Yet I still manage to put up some stuff once and awhile.

I just do it as I want to return what others here have given. There will be grammar police but they don't bother me as I know my shortcomings and I do try to watch for them.

Another not-a-writer here. I occasionally, in the distant past, threw a few stories against the screen to see if they would stick.

Writer? Moi?
A writer is simply someone who, for some unknown reason, decides one day to string a few letters together to form a word, a few words together to form a sentence, and a few sentences together to produce a finished work. An author is someone who can take a mere flickering, sparking ember of an idea, feed it the fuel of imagination, and breathe life into it, enabling it to stand on its own. You, my dear, are just such an author. As to spelling and grammar, there's no need to worry. THAT will come in time, as your latent talents develop and ripen. Besides, with just a gentle nudge in the right places, I'm COMPLETELY POSITIVE that one, or perhaps a few, of the AWESOME people on the site will help guide you and give you the direction you need to create something both meaningful and magickal. At least that's what happened to me, and I've only been on the site since November 2016.
