I have a friend that does balloon dogs for subs and followers on twitch. I have to show her this as a way to use all of them.

I can't remember where or when, but I seem to recall a story where a character was coated with balloons or bubbles for some sort of protection or anonymity.

I'm not sure if it is something Jade would go for, or that Jericho would use to infiltrate the Wondercute evil lair before painting the walls in a rather fetching and understated DayGlo yellow and green plaid pattern
