It's the middle of the month. We have $141 in our bank accounts.

We've had expenses associated with the upgrade to some of our servers but thanks to everyone who has helped us stay on top of things.

Hatbox Story
I have a new story partially written that will go into Hatbox. Hopefully a new story will stimulate interest/subscriptions/gifts. The story was prompted by an extended discussion I had with Jennifer Reed about a story she is writing. Although the stories have similar themes there is very little other similarity. I'm having a great deal of fun writing it, so I think it might be one that many will enjoy reading.
I'm in the middle of buying a new home and moving out of a house where we've lived for three decades (65% of the time we've been married). Lots of old decaying roots to hack away. Yet, I hope to have the story complete before Halloween.

Other income sources
We are currently bringing in about $2800 in ad revenue and about $1000 in book sales and maybe $200 in web services. We are trying to increase all of these revenues without disrupting our core endeavor which is BigCloset.

I'm in a similar situation
Unfortunately I won't be able to help this month. I'm short on cash now as it is so I can't afford to donate anything this month although next month I'm considering a subscription for premium stories.

Monthly gift
Just put my monthly gift in via PayPal. Would have been sooner but someone pulled in front of me on the highway a couple of days ago and totaled my car so have been busy with insurance and other issues. The safety features on my car worked perfectly so I'm OK and the other party was at fault so no charges against me. Now waiting for insurance to pay for another car :)
