Hello,

I know its been awhile since I last made a blog post, but I have been busy with school and trying to find a part-time job, so I apologize.
Anyway, heres what has happened:

I passed all my classes for the school year (even some with A's and B's)
Im trying to find a job so that I can afford to have my tech repaired after years of neglect
The public opinion of trans people in my town has gone from "meh" to "BURN THEM ON A STAKE" (well, not quite that bad, but we sure aren't popular)

Thats a quick overview of the past month or so.

The reason that public opinion is so against trans people is because our governor has said that trans people just want to molest little girls (which is ridiculous on many levels) and they have passed a bill into law saying that you must use the bathroom corresponding with your gender at birth.
I have found its just better to lie low and wait out the storm than fight a battle I can't win.

Anyway, so that my life in a nutshell.

Im still alive and I haven't received death threats (other than kids on counter strike, but they don't count...) so as the title says, life goes on.

Good luck with finding a job

I hate it when politicians project their desires on to other people just to deflect attention from their incompetence. It is a fact that there have been more incidents of immoral behavior (lying, fraud, stealing, etc) by politicians than any other group of people, well except for ball players.

Anyway good luck.

Homonyms, synonyms, heterographs, contractions, slang, colloquialisms, clichés, spoonerisms, and plain old misspellings are the bane of writers, but the art and magic of the story is in the telling not in the spelling.

Sorry if this trivializes your situation but

I had to laugh at a meme I saw a while ago showing a priest in full regalia with the caption, "Here is the man in a skirt we need to protect our children from."

I live in Tx and here they demonize anyone who isn't a conservative christian in a heterosexual relationship (or better yet who considers anything having to do with sex to be a mortal sin). Carrying a gun and shooting your fellow human is ok though, as is abusing the environment.
