So my situation isn't brilliant but the help is starting to happen, or at least tiny steps towards proper help.

My daughter had been allowed time off school this morning but it wouldn't have achieved anything o she went in and had breakfast in the canteen, the school has allowed free meals for her in the interim. As she didn't have access to her phone charger one of the staff arranged charging facilities. I had a job this morning, whilst it wouldn't be a priority it did generate some cash for the one hour I was there (idiot locked himself out of Windows 10 machine).

I arranged to meet the agent at my (ex) apartment at 3pm and spoke to my uncle in advance of that as I needed transport. My daughter came out of school at 3pm and met me there so she could pack her own bag and hygiene products (needed within the hour!). I managed to download my personal docs (and all my writing files) from my home server onto a portable drive so had access to docs needed by the Housing Dept of the local government offices. I also recovered the dongle for online banking to download bank statements. All required docs emailed to the housing officer I met yesterday.

I finally had a phone call back from the doctors, there was a letter on their system issued 18 months ago that's still relevant so they'll reprint it ith today's date and leave it in reception for me tomorrow. It doesn't say I'm TG but covers depression & epilepsy as well as financial woes caused by depression.
