I totally understand
My laptop has been down for over a month and I'm crippling along with a Samsung tablet. All because purchased software has failed and tech support is useless. Best of luck in your electronic travails. We are more than willing to be patient for the quality of writing you so readily produce. Hugs!!
Stop using your computer.
If your computer power supply is acting funny, immediately stop using your computer, until you replace your power supply. A faulty power supply can damage the other parts of your computer.
Computer Power Supplies
They are generally speaking less than $100, and pretty easy to replace.
