It's a shame how sometimes you can't remember where you read a story.

I was looking to read a story today which I thought was written by Tanya Allan but I can't find it on any of the sites that feature her work.

Here's a brief synopsis:-

The main character is a teenage pre-op transsexual and works in a camera shop. A man brings in an old film to be developed. It turns out to be a record of a murder site. The main character is forced to go on the run with the evidence of this unsolved murder, she escapes to Switzerland or some other ski area in the guise of her cis-gender sister. Various escapes and relationships continue ending with a car chase and apprehending the baddies.

Any ideas of title or author?
