So still no McDonalds, I hear their stock is dropping like a rock.
That said, I don't know if I gained weight or if the scale is broken or I broke the scale or the fact that I don't have a level floor in my house, but I got either 530 or EEEEE. SO there is no weigh in. I do need to work on portion control a little bit better and quit the chips and mayonnaise. I think what I'll do is head to the local GNC and use their scale for 50 cents. This way I can pay a fat tax or something.

My experience is
That you want your calorie intake to be under 1600 cal (and that depends on a lot of things) and limit carb intake to under 50g daily. Raw veggies are good snacks and have very few calories while also filling you up.
Keep at it, and keep us posted.

I'm glad you're still
I'm glad you're still posting, Katie, and being accountable. Good girl!
It's good to use a scale that will be reasonably accurate and repeatable for your weekly weight-ins.
Have you calculated your BMR to estimate how many calories you burn each day?
Here's a good on line calculator:

Once you have that, eating 500-1000 calories per day less that what you burn should result in a 1-2 pound per week weight loss. But then you probably knew that!
Keep up the good work.
