Congratulations, Saphira,
Welcome to your womanhood ... finally!
I hope that this surgery is an important gateway to the rest of your life. An impediment has been removed, but life goes on. Expect more of the same, except that you will have overcome a major distraction to your future. Now that it has been removed, you can get on with it.
Best of all things!
With love

The end of one journey but the beginning of another.
Well, someone had to say it.
Seriously, all the very best to you.
Thank you everyone.
Thank you very much. No April fools day for me, but a surgery went well. Now it's just recuparation and then continuing to live the life I am supposed to live. May all those who are still to follow have as much luck as I have.
