GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!! Let Dozer be sodomized every day he spends in Hell, which is where he deserves to go..... And may Ron be there to experience the same.

I'm glad I read chapters 4 and 5, then 2 and 3 before I read this starting piece.... if I'd come to the book this first, I probably would have stopped and missed the treats in store. Having read those later chapters, I was confused by the Prologue!!!
