That's great. It's always good to hear that people can still make a marriage work. We're coming up fast (August 5) on forty-seven and already looking forward to that big milestone; fifty.
Ten years will go by fast for you, so you might as well start planning too. Though I wish you a long happy marriage, I hope you never catch me and my wife, because that'll mean one or both of us is dead, but I'll understand if you do.

YIKES! 40 years
Mom and dad hit their 40th in October of 1992. Didn't quite make 53 as mom died in June of 2005.
My Aunt, dad's OLDER sister, and my late uncle made it from 1945 to 2012.
But 40 is pretty damn good.
Mind you it does bring up the story of a couple on their 25th anniversary.
The wife sees him crying.
"Why are you crying?
"Today is our 25th wedding anniversary. Remember how your dad caught us having sex and said if I didn't marry you he'd call the cops and I'd go to prison for 25 years because you were under age?"
Yes dear?"
"I'd be getting out now!"
