I know a few may be wondering since I haven't been around much lately?

Mom's finally home!!!;D

We finally got her back Tuesday after two months of hospitals, nursing homes and assisted care. She came home to a totally renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower, a wider door(for the walker), a higher, longer commode, and grab bars all around. Then, unbeknownst to me, my Sis and Aunt thought last weekend was a good time to re-carpet the living room!;0 That meant a couple more days of moving things and cleaning that I really hadn't planned on.

I'm still amazed by the progress Mom seems to be making since She's been home. Hopefully that means that I'll be here with my friends and loved ones a bit more regularly.;) Really makes this Mother's Day kinda special to me.

Unfortunately, Mom's pups didn't fare as well.;( I tried the APL and several other rescue centers and had no choice but to have them put down. I know that hurt Mom. Kinda hurt me too. Thankfully, She's only mentioned them once since She's been home.
