It's almost 2 years. Where as the time gone since I joined this site. I never intended to write just to visit for a while and read a few stories. I liked some of the stories that I'd read so I had a go myself. I don't know how many hours of enjoyment I've had and I've always had help and guidance. i look at the stories that had the most hits and the ones that had the most comments and especially the ones with the most hits. I guess my style is popular with some and not with others. I only had one hurtful comment in all my postings that was nothing to lose sleep about. I suppose I have my favorite authors like most of us and one of my faorite stories was by an author who never did the follow on chapters as she promised. I could have taken her story and written lots of episodes as she often does. I'll have to find it and contact her.
Anyway the story of mine that got the most kudos was 'One of the Girls.' Memories of the sports club I visited and the field hockey games and some of the girls who came into the clubhouse after our football games. The one that was a bit of fun was 'I washed that Man Right out of my Hair' that got most comments. It was a joke challenge that I accepted.
Some popular writers on this site that have spent many more hours than me and continue to do great work.
Some hard workers too who make this site a great place to visit. They know who they are and so do we. So thanks so much.
Pity I will have to eat all the cake alone.
