Sephrena will probably not be on tonight as she has just got out of the hospital after flu with a high fever and an emergency trip. She's home now but is probably going to be in bed for a few days, recovering.

I can't send prayers, but I can think healthy thoughts for her.
Ill be on and off all day. I cant stay awake much
my muscles are all pulled aching and hurting. sleep is what i crave atm, it was impossible for me to sleep without liquid delaudid which knocked me right out for 8 hrs, Ill get a few things done over the day but not at the speed i could on a normal day. I will try hard, and thank all of you for thinking of me. I am always thinking of you and trying my best for you.
