Hi, I am venturing into the realm of the comic strip. This is my first effort. Please let me know what you think.

Comics...
...from the Comic Strip we have all read in newspapers; but some were never meant to be 'comic' at all. Your story isn't comic, although I imagine you might include comic elements from time to time. It is very sweet and perhaps will move into sentimental and occasionally sad and bittersweet as well? Very nicely done; I don't recall ever feeling the need to cry over a comic, but then again, there's always a first for everything, yes? Thank you!

Nice artwork.
Not a Ha Ha funny strip but seems a slice of life style one.
Am curious to see where the comic part of a comic strip will come in. But then not all comic strips are one gag after another as 'Drea commened. As this is early stages, I assume you are setting the scene. I wonder where this will head?
Bravo on trying something very different than you are know for or I assume comfortable with. See, an old dog CAN learn new tricks. Not that you are a dog. Or Old.

And congrats on the sizable sales of your books and ebooks. Not an easy thing for a niche writer.

The strip subject and art are ok, much better than I can do but the navigation from one to the next is awkward, perhaps if editing is allowed you could add links both forward and back?
