I love you, since when? I don’t know
I just know this love, that has awakened me
that came into my life unexpectedly
and called to my heart without my look
I love you, since when? I do not know
Since I first looked into your eyes
since I first trembled by your side
since I knew I must be wherever you are.
Do you love me? I understand, I have felt it
when I hear your voice quivering
when I feel without looking that you gaze on me
when I feel that I am living in your dreams
how beautiful is this love that means happiness
which grows with us and within us
and will only ever die when we do so ourselves
There is no ink or paper enough to write how much I love you in letters
