I actually just talked with my therapist today...
...I know for me, and I know for a lot of us girls, we grew up never knowing how important or precious we were. And it makes it so hard to know just how 'good' we are. You bring me to tears as your words help me know how beautiful I am. Thank you for making my evening.

I've seen several posts talking about depression, I just want to help all of you with self esteem, that is, the real appreciation of oneself, gives strength, comfort, safety, balance, positive view, the greatest treasure we can have psychologically talking.
But beauty is not only the external what we can see, it is also our inner, what we can't see with our physical eyes, and that is even more valuable, all the gently people I have met here, are a great spirit, a precious soul. So cheer up beautiful ladies, love yourself, feel how beautiful you are.
