I was taking a shower, and when the water hit my right leg, a very large piece of skin fell off My doctor says this could be a sign of infection in my leg and sahe wants me to go to the hospital. If you don't hear from me for a while, I'm probably there!

I am not a doctor, so I am not familiar at all with this. Give me kids measles, mumps, bronchitis, colds and stomach aches anytime. That being said, I agree with every one else! The Dr. is doing what is best by sending you to the hospital.
I also wish you a speedy treatment and recovery from this. My prayers are with you.

Thanks to all your prayers and wishes
I was miraculously healed...well, no, but they were, cool anyway! The doctor says its a form of Cellulitis, so I had a few IV antibiotics and I'm on some orals for the next ten days. The doc wanted to keep me (what is this magic I have with Doctors? I guess I'm just too cute! Coughh cough hack hack! Even I can't swallow that!). He says I'm on the knife edge, so if ANYTHING gets worse, report to the ER immediately. Ah, nothing like feeling confident!
