I started my diet today. I know many are probably wondering why I didn't start from my last blog. Simple answer: I didn't have a fridge or a stove until yesterday afternoon. I know the first three days of the diet will be the hardest as I break old patterns, Wendy's and Checkers will miss me. I am about moved in my new place so writing should commence in a day or two.

It looks like a fancy way of selling you health tips that are freely available on the internet. In fact, most of what they seem to be saying I've already said, as well as other people... But if it makes you feel better to be following one of those programs, there are definitely worse ones to be doing.
I find their claims of 12 weeks rather preposterous, personally. I suppose you -will- lose a significant amount of BULK fat within that much time, but you'll hardly have a sculpted body that quickly. You will feel better, yes, but you'll hardly be fitting the bill of what that site claims. Not that quick.

It works
You may be negative by personality, but the program works. The twelve week thing you see is the challenge that they run and you can do a lot in twelve weeks. The reason for the twelve weeks is because usually that's as long as people can plan for. you can do 4 twelve week challenges in a year and have 4 weeks to be off the program.
I did this back in 2000 and got down to 238lbs, was a size 36 waist and was in the best shape of my life. In fact, I had to force myself to go off of the program (big mistake) with the plans of going back on it after 2 weeks.
This is a full program that has nutrition and exercise built in. Before passing judgement you should try it.
Also, I think the sculpted body is for people closer to their goal weight. My goal for 12 weeks is to get down to 450 lbs, and I will do it, or beat it. I would appreciate you being more positive in the future.

That is great news. I hope you have found a good healthy meals diet combined with exercise. Step two has now been taken. It is a long path, but you are now two steps farther down that path. I am proud of you.
