I've now sent the storyboard with instructions to Heather Rose for page one! Yay us!
Our plan is to do the entirety of Book 1, Chapter 1, before we begin posting pages here once per week. When we have through Chapter 8 done, we'll move move to two pages per week here, and start one per week on Comic Genesis. We'll do between 3 and 5 character profiles between each chapter, hopefully we can adjust our posting schedule and increase the amount, but we don't wanna burn either of us out on it. When we finally eat through our backlog, we'll re-evaluate how often, but I'll continue to write more text chapters and hopefully we'll stay ahead of the curve. I'm so excited about this finally coming to fruition!
I know a lot of comics have a "donate to the author and artist" button if they're the posted online type, but if you read it here at TopShelf, we'd rather you donate to TopShelf -- we'll probably have one of those buttons on the Comic Genesis page, though. Um... if there are any questions, feel free to ask 'em here and one or the other of us will answer 'em!

Wasn't it Jim Henson who said, "Without faith, I am nothing," after all? Wait, no, that was God. Sorry, common mistake...

Ummmm
What is the project you are working on? do you have a title, is it an actual comic, or a story with illastrations? what is it about? when do you plan on posting the first part?

You seem to have missed me talking about it
But since about Chapter 5, I've been working with Heather Rose Brown to get concept sketches done perfect for all the characters for Sk8r Grrls. there have been two preview-type posts, and I've a gallery full of concept sketches (which I'm adding the most recent ones to in about an hour) so I'll link to them for you:- ] Sk8r Grrl Comix Preview 1 [ -- This one has a link to the concept sketches, too.
- ] Sk8r Grrl Comix Preview 2 [ -- This is the more recent preview
