Years ago, in my super masculine stage, I had a wonderful hill climbing motorcycle called an OSSA. It seemed that for every hour of run time, I had three hours of repairs to make.
That was until I got my own Cunny.

My God
My God and let my heart stop pounding someone besides me knows what an Osso is. Great bike from Spain and right up there with Bultaco and Derbi. Thanks for the memory
Dimelza
Please Miss, I know too ...
As I'm sure Dimelza won't be surprised to learn. They followed in the footsteps of the great Sammy Miller's development of the Bultaco in 1965 and heralded the end of those lovely big 4 stroke British bikes like the Ariel, Royal Enfield and Gold Star BSAs in sporting trials. Another nasty smelly 2-stroke :)
There were quite a few female competitors too in those far off days. So not exclusively a super-masculine activity.

Hill Climbing
Well, my riding days are long over; literally in another life. LOL
The OSSA I had would shed its flywheel very often and I never figured out how to keep it on. However, If it was running, then it would climb hills better than anything I ever rode.

Ossa?
I had a mobylette that sounded like one of those. Then I got real bikes and I could leave the exhaust pipe on!

I'll admit that I'm not too knowledgeable about these things, but I don't think the motorcycles
they're mentioning are rice burners, which is to say Japanese bikes;
but birria burners, crumpet burners, possibly brie burners...
And once again, congradulations Gwenellen.....You sure sound happy these days! :)

My super masculine days
Many of us Transwomen go through a time in their lives when we don't understand that we are actually women but we know that something is amiss. We are unsure of our masculinity so we do really crazy wild things.
Just one of the things that I did was brush riding and hill climbing. While a big HD certainly had the power for it, there was no agility. Then I lived in country that ranged from 1000ft to 8000ft elevation, so there was a lot of up and down, tight turns. There were many hills you could ride up but not down.
I actually never rode a HD, but if I ever ran into a big strong man who would take me for a ride..........
