So are the files downloaded from Amazon encrypted?
If unencrypted (drm'ed) apparently based on research it can be converted using the Calibre program ( free ) to pdf. If unencryped then I do not mind buying it and using that tool to convert it.
Otherwise, the DRM will need to be stripped and there apparently are tools out there to do so.
Time to experiment.

In Plain sight.... glitch in download.. now rectified
to any who have found the glitch (the text in chapter 18 to the end went AWOL somewhere.... this has now been rectified, and hopefully is all now present. My humblest apologies... If anyone has still got a problem then I shall endeavour to sort it as soon as possible.
