I am recuperating from Surgery in Bangkok, Thailand and even though I have no experience with other surgeons, I would say that my experience with Dr Kamon at MtfSurgery is most satisfactory. Any one wishing to inquire would be well treated.

The Surgery was done at Piyavate Hospital and the whole experience was very agreeable to me. I wakened in ICU after the surgery and sang all night; it was such a wonderful experience for me. I am down to dialating now and all the staff at MtFsurgery are just wonderful and treat all us sisters like their own siblings. I have never felt more cared for and pampered in my life.

I purposed to get away from Puket, thinking that perhaps the price would be better out of a tourist area, and for once in my life, I was right. I will not say Dr Kamon was the cheapest but according to all the Sisters I talk to, they say he is the best.

I now know a few things about SRS that is kept from people living in the states.

They are going to start doing surgeries in the clinic for those of us who are just too challenged for money. From what I have seen of the clinic, it will be hospital standard care.

Many blessings all of you and may you realize the dream of your life.

Ditto, Gwen

The others covered it well.

Best wishes and follow your doctor's orders. Recovery and rehab are not something to rush after any injury and an invasive surgry like SRS is clearly a significant injury to the body.

Be aware that it is not uncommon to feel depressed at some point after such a life changing event. Janet Nolan knew to expect this and still had difficulties. She and are others here have gone through this and they can be a resource.

Congrads.

Finally reaching the milestone of SRS is a wonderful event. Congratulations!

This week marks my first anniversary of my surgery, so I have an appreciation of what you've been through.

Welcome to the sisterhood.

Dear Gwenellen,
That, in the final resolve it makes you happy and releases you. My best wishes for that future.
