Bob Arnold died and his family evidently turned the servers off. Some of the sites above were hosted on his machines and some just had their DNS (net pointer system) hosted there.
The DNS problems will be sorted in a day or so, the site outages will probably take a bit longer.

To the family of Bob Arnold,
I am very saddened to hear of the passing of Bob Arnold. I want to assure you, his loved ones, that huge numbers of people mourn his loss for their own reasons.
He has given vast ammounts of joy and support to the Global TG Community and we will greatly miss him. I just want to let you all know that, probably 10's of thousands of people wish you all their prayers and best wishes. Be at peace Bob and thank you from the depths of our hearts for all your dedication and love to us all.
May your soul be at peace now.
