Spotted this on YouTube. It's not fair, I can hardly sing in any voice but this Thai transexual has two nice voices. If only I knew what was being said after the performance.

Trained or Countertenor... both work!
There's a graphics artist that sings on YouTube, his name is Nick Pitera, and he's an amazingly talented Countertenor. He's amazing enough that he has been accused of lip syncing -- to which he answered by appearing and performing in several live venues, including, The Ellen Show.
Here are my two favourite covers of his...

Darn you, Edeyn. That song brings a tear to my eye every single time I hear it :-P (A Whole New World, that is :-D)
Wow, I'm jealous though. I've tried a few techniques I've seen around the 'net, but all I've ever managed to do is give myself laryngitis for about a week.
Amazing voice
Most people who have two ranges can't switch easily between them like that. He switches down better than switching up but his control is amazing. The Thai girl only switched down and had a distinct pause before she did it. That's more usual for people who can sing in two voices.
There was a guy who sang with Spike Jones who had this little girl descant he could sing in but there was no way he could go back and forth between his two voices without a pause or in the same breath.

Erin

There is a series about a singer/DJ with a similar talent. I don't recall the name or the author because it's been so long since it's been updated. It's very enjoyable.
Phantom of the Opera
I always liked this performance on Ukraine's Got Talent. Christine starts singing - and then you'll see (& hear) the Phantom.
Oh Em Gee
... I love this song anyway. That is so cool ^_^
