And remember, this is Spring Ahead night in the US and CA switches from Pacific Standard to Pacific Daylight Savings Time at 2 a.m. Sunday morning.

So if you're outside the US or in Arizona or parts of Indiana or one of the Indian Reservations that doesn't go on Daylight Savings Time, you may have to adjust your offset to get accurate California time.
